Hands Across the Kitchen Book Launch
Last night was the launch night for our latest project—the Hands Across the Kitchen cook book. The book features 51 of Australia’s most prominent chefs sharing their childhood memories of food and a recipe representing these memories, all in support of Hands Across the Water.
The night was a great success, with a packed Hugo’s Lounge in Sydney receiving the news from Hands founder Peter Baines that the book had sold over 11,000 copies out of the 20,000 printed! Focus would like to thank everyone that came out to share this moment and support Hands, and we are proud to have been part of such a giving project and look forward to supporting Hands further in the future.
