THE CHALLENGE

To harness advocacy for the brand and enable regular communication (of value adds and product offers) among customers.

THE SOLUTION

Create a permanent content hub – kClub – to inspire existing and potential customers to create more, and bring the fun back into cooking. The online hub hosts articles, video content, competition and recipes for those that love to cook.

Consumers are encouraged to register and answer a few short questions, enabling us to tailor the content we deliver based on their interests and products that they own. An eDM is sent bi monthly to this audience.

THE RESULTS

The kClub has reached over 25,000 members and is growing daily.
