CommBank – Business product sales tools

THE CHALLENGE

CommBank business bankers need to understand the customer benefits of a broad range of banking solutions, and be able to apply these to the needs of their clients. In an environment where product updates and developments are launched regularly, we needed to ensure bankers have access to up to date information.

THE SOLUTION

To develop a range of sales tools that the bankers could use to educate themselves and use in discussions with clients. The toolset varies by product, and includes product flyers, FAQs, Quick Reference Guides, User Guides and video content.

THE RESULTS

A new intranet site was launched earlier this year and has quickly been established as the ‘go to’ for all business product information.
